✅ 1. Service Satisfaction

CloudKit Ltd strives to deliver reliable and professional managed IT services. If you're dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you may raise a concern within 14 calendar days of discovery. We will investigate promptly and aim to resolve your issue through remediation, credit, or refund where applicable.

💰 2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of contracted services

  • Performance that falls below the agreed service level outlined in the SLA

  • Incorrect billing or duplicate payment

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Services rendered in full or partially consumed

  • Cancellation requests outside contract or cancellation terms

  • Failures caused by customer infrastructure, negligence, or third-party software

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@cloudkit.co.uk within 30 days of the disputed billing event.

📆 3. Cancellation Terms

  • Monthly Agreements: Clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Annual Agreements: Require 60 days' written notice prior to renewal to avoid charges for the next term.

  • Early Termination: May incur fees based on remaining contract duration unless otherwise agreed.

🧩 4. Third-Party Dependencies

Some services depend on third-party products or providers (e.g., cloud licenses, antivirus platforms). Refunds for these components are subject to the third party’s terms and may not be refundable through CloudKit Ltd.

⚖️ 5. UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
