🚚 CloudKit Ltd – Shipping & Delivery Policy

📦 1. Delivery Scope

CloudKit Ltd supplies hardware, peripherals, or technical equipment as part of our managed IT services and installations. Products may include routers, servers, laptops, monitors, and accessories essential to the Client’s IT setup.

📍 2. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic UK shipping only (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland)

  • Delivery to business addresses and verified premises only

  • International shipping is currently not available

⏱️ 3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Expedited delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

  • Custom installation kits or enterprise hardware may take longer; lead time will be confirmed in writing

💼 4. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made via trusted UK couriers or CloudKit Ltd field agents

  • Clients will receive tracking information and estimated delivery windows

  • A signature will be required upon delivery for all equipment

🛠️ 5. Installation & Onsite Setup

If part of the service agreement, CloudKit Ltd engineers may deliver and install equipment onsite. These appointments will be scheduled directly with the Client and may be subject to additional travel fees.

❌ 6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, CloudKit Ltd may charge a re-delivery fee

  • Equipment not claimed within 14 days of failed delivery may be returned to inventory, and additional handling charges may apply

📄 7. Damage & Returns

  • Clients must inspect equipment upon arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours

  • Damaged goods will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost unless damage is deemed client-caused

  • Returns due to order error or change of mind may incur a restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of receipt

🛡️ 8. Warranty & Support

All hardware delivered is covered under CloudKit Ltd’s hardware warranty policy or manufacturer warranty. Ongoing support will be provided under the existing service contract.
